April Angst

Hello to all my friends out there and happy April to you all! As you can see above,
your buddy Tim is going on a trip this month! My mom is finally putting aside her
worries about my "frail" condition and taking me with her to Las Vegas. Look out Sin
City, here comes the Big T! As you can imagine, there will be pictures and tales to
come in the weeks ahead, so stay tuned! Hopefully I can wrangle an invite to the set
of the remake of Ocean's Eleven, which is being filmed there at the same time I'll be
there. It will be nice to catch up with my old pals Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts. My
mom will probably try to use me to get to Casey Affleck, her preferred member of the
Affleck-Damon-Affleck powerhouse trio. (I'm a Ben fan myself) But have no fear, I
will be toting my trusty digital camera to capture any hijinks that ensue. Oh, and
hijinks they will be, my friends. My grandmother and uncle are all concerned that my
mom is going to meet and marry a clown while there. I'm not sure why. Anyhoo, let's
get to what is happening this month, shall we?

   I'd like to thank everyone who has enjoyed my new page that debuted last month,
the one featuring people I'd like to slap. There are a couple of new additions made to
it this month. Also, there are a number of new song requests up. You can check them
out on my requests page. As always, I have a small rant this month. It concerns one
of the songs I had a request to sing this month, Juice Newton's classic, Angel of the
Morning. I would like to know just what the heck Shaggy thinks he is doing to it. He
should be ashamed simply for putting the word "peeps" anywhere near this great piece
of musical magic. Mr. Shaggy D.A. - hands off the Juice Newton. I just hope Queen
of Hearts does not fall victim to this type of song butchering. There, I feel better now.
A few of my family members were fighting this month over who got to be the featured
friend, so I decided to be a bastard and not let anyone have the honor. Instead, I'll
share a photo and bio that was sent to me via e-mail by Betty, the Supermodel sock
monkey. She showed up among my many marriage proposals and date requests.
She's been after me for a date and has a long list of demands of what she would like
supplied for the date. A woman with her own rider: can anyone say "high
maintenance"? Anyway, click here to see her foxy picture and bio.   But don't you
worry all you ladies out there, I'm still on the market. I haven't accepted any offers
and there's still plenty of lovin' to go around.   That's right, baby. Before I go, I'd like
to give a shout-out to my worldly pal, Nate. I finally get to go on a vacation and he tops
me by going to Istanbul that same week! Just kidding, he rules. Make sure to keep
checking his site for pics from his travels. Well, I must go pack, so I will leave you for
this month. I've got the big "What to Wear?" dilemma facing me. Stay tuned for
tales from Vegas, Baby! Sock it to the max...
