Picture of the Month:

Here I am hanging with Ethan Hawke.

A great big hello and what's happening to everyone out there!  Welcome to the
wild world of the sock and happy September.  As you can see above, I spent some time
with a certain shaggy Oscar-nominee last month.  "Eth", as I like to call him, was in
town on a book tour so I went down to chill with him while he signed some books and
screened his movie Chelsea Walls.  I was kind of glad that Uma was filming in China at
the time, because he might have gotten a little upset if she came and I talked to her
chest the whole time.  For some strange reason, somehow husbands and boyfriends
don't really care for me doing that.  In any event, my mom put me in that stupid girlie
sweater because the main character in Ethan's new book is surnamed 'Heartsock.'  So
there I am, representin' to support my pal.  I still say the sweater is foolish looking.
And yes, I think I used the word 'surname.'  I'm never one to shy away from fancy talk
when needed.  But someone please alert me when I start going overboard and saying
such things as, "That's preposterous!  Complete balderdash!  Well I never!"  Well, you
get the idea.  Where was I before I went off on that completely unnecessary tangent?
Oh yes, Uma.  Boobs.  Now, I shall move on.

I have a very special video clip being added to the site this month.  I received an
  e-mail from
a lovely lady who has been a fan of the site for a while and wanted to hear
me sing a song for her and her fiance in honor of their upcoming wedding in October.
Well, Miss Christina, because I was so touched by your e-mail, I'm going to do you one
better and turn your song request into a video clip.  Best of luck on your wedding, and
I hope you and your future husband will one day hear the joyful pitter patter of sock
feet.  My mom usually hears the pattering occurring roundabout the liquor cabinet.
Head over to my Movies Page to see the video.  In addition, there are also new song
requests from some of my other awesome fans up on the Requests Page.  You guys are
truly the gnomes on my lawn of life.  If you haven't been to my best pal Nate's page in a
while, check out his rockin' pictures from his adventures in Italy and London.  Now
we've both officially run rampant in a Madame Toussad's.

Last month I was also able to take a trip to Hasbro to take a gander at the world of
toymaking.  However, because there were lots of toys-in-progress laying around, I
wasn't able to take many pictures inside.  But I know and have seen things if you've got
the cash.  Are you listening, Mattel and Fisher-Price?  Ka-ching!  Ahem, anyway, I did
take one of my silly Tim-on-a-statue pics in the lobby while I was there.  Click here to
see me and my newest pal.  I'd also like to give a shout out to Joe Langley and The
Mertenator for helping make my day so fun.  Take that, Michael Jackson.  You ain't
the only one gettin' private tours, you freakshow.   If I weren't so afraid your face would
shatter like a cheap piece of glass, you'd be on my Slap Page in no time flat.  Sorry
folks, you know how I am with him and the rants.  Okay, phew.  Breathe, Tim.  Now I
feel the need to bestow a good slapping on somebody.  Check the page to see this
month's newest addition.  My buddy Cen also had a fun adventure this month at the Kid
Rock & Aerosmith concert, but he was denied pictures as well.  But he did say to
report that the Kid rocked the house and it was great to finally see his idol.  Well, I
suppose that shall be all for this month from the busiest lips in the east.  I hope
everyone has a fabulous time this month.  Have some flan for me.  And keep sending
in your requests and e-mails and any ideas for my Halloween costume for next month.
I'm always up for tips on happenin' parties in the neighborhood as well.  Hide your
Stolli, the Sock is on the prowl.  Until next time, have a rockin' one!  Oh, and happy
  birthday to my ma.  Mwwuuuuuaaaaa!

  Your American Idol,

   Tim

Recommended Song of the Month: Billie Don't Lose That Number, by Phil Collins.  Pure
cheese at its finest, but damn if it's not catchy.  Get it out of my head!!!!

Recommended TV Viewing of the Month:  Yes ma'am, it is time for the fall TV season to
begin.  So many to choose from...but I'm going to go with repeat city.  Felicity heads to the WE
network this fall.  (chick channel)  That's my mom's pick.  Please someone get her some hankies.
As for me, I'll be reliving my glory days with the season premiere of That 70's Show on the 17th.

Recommended Concert of the Month:  Check around to see if Incubus is coming to a town
near you.  My mom wants to go because Jared Leto's band is opening.  <sigh>
