"Like a naked cowboy...."

Hey hey kiddies, and welcome to November here with your pal Tim.  I hope
everybody had a good October and ate lots of candy.  I know I sure did.  As you can
see above, I spent some time in New York City, but more on that later.  Let's get the
Halloween stories out of the way, shall we?  Nate had his annual costume party as
usual, so make sure you go and check out the pics.  I'm so jealous and mad that I
didn't come up with the Chippendale costume idea first.   I shake my fist at you, sexy
Chippendale monkey!!!  Anywho, here are some pictures of some of the costumes
various members of my family were sporting:

Bill went the Mummy route

The lemur we affectionately call
'The Creep' turkeyed out.

And I did the Fonz thing.

While I was spending some time as the good ol' Fonz, I managed to document some of
my adventures on video for you.  Check out the clip on my Movies Page.  AAAYYYY!

Now back to the sock and the Big Apple.  As I mentioned last month, I took a trip
into the city to see a taping of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.  The show rocked,
even if I didn't get any camera time.  Also, if you're not watching this show, shame on
you!  It rocks.  Sadly, there was no Stephen Colbert the night that I went, but there
was Lewis Black.  I say that's as fair a trade as any.  I even got to have my picture
taken with him.  Yay!  Before the taping, I also had a few hours to play in the city.  My
mom is creeped out by wax people, so I made sure that Madame Tussaud's Wax
Museum  was one of our stops.  You can check out all of the pictures from my
adventure on my Special Pages, or if you're lazy like me, just go right here.  I'm still a
little bit disappointed that Times Square isn't full of peep shows anymore, but what's a
sock to do?  [Memo to Times Square:  More Peep Shows!  Thanks - Tim]

In addition to all of those goodies, there are a bunch of new Ask Tim questions up
this month.  You guys are awesome!  Keep 'em coming.  I'd also like to share a
testimonial that I received from a reader who had asked for some advice a couple of
months back.  It said, "Dear Tim:  Thanks for your help.  I have my boyfriend back!"
Aww, you're welcome.  Anytime!  And to think that my mom and other family members
tell me that my advice stinks.  Sheesh!  I'm helping people here, can't they see that???
By the way, I'm taking requests for Christmas-themed movie clips, so send in any
ideas that you have.  Finally, there are also some new song clips up on my Sounds
Page.   Enjoy!  Since this is the month of Thanksgiving, before I go I'd just like to say
thank you to all of you  guys for being so extremely rockin'.  All of your e-mails,
questions, suggestions and requests really make this sock happy.  So keep them
coming.  Also, while I'm doing the whole 'Things I'm Thankful For' thing, I'd like to
thank the Russians for introducing me and the rest of the world to the wonders of
Vodka.  I think I'll go be VERY thankful for that right now.   See you all next month!
  Cheers!

Tim
